Everything was perfectly fine, the hotel was nice. Plenty of good food, I thoroughly enjoyed it. - the room was well-equipped with smoke detectors for safety measures and central heating. - the staff at the venue were excellent and amazingly friendly.

Very friendly staff, good 24 hour service, surprisingly quiet. We were delayed by volcanic ash and were not charged for the cancelled day.
The beds were poor - very old and un-flat mattresses, loose headbvoard which rattled at every turn. Towels - inadequate number, 3 towels of various sizes between 2 of us, we are not partners and don't want to share towels. Breakfasts had few healthy options.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly at all times so we felt very comfortable staying there
The breakfast was expensive at 8euros for eggs and baked beans. No bacon or sausages. The shower water pressure was very poor.
